–   To be careful that I do not fail in charity towards my neighbors by speaking of their defects, especially if it is a serious matter, and by speaking of the defects of my sisters without true necessity.

–   Not to avoid making corrections, but first to recommend them to God, and never to speak in anger or at the first impulse.

–   Not to think too much about myself and about the fear that everything may bring death, but to hold myself more at the disposition of others; this will be my penance.
